Tribal Fest 5 Workshop Choreography
Music: Justin/Missy Elliot Remix (send me your email address if you want the music)

16 cts - Hip figure 8 w/shimmy overlay right and left
16 cts - Shoulder shimmy face left, then right
2 Chest circles end facing left
Up to down undulation
Down to up undulation
8 cts - Spins (4 spins)
4 cts - Arabic shimmy
4 cts - Spins (2 spins)
8 cts - Twisty shimmy (4 cts right hip, 4 cts left hip) end facing back
4 cts - Rose hips, feet step together, step together w/shimmy end facing front
Take two steps, left right
Chest circle counter clockwise into chest box (right, back, left) end facing right
2 down to up undulations
Drop head back
Step right, left (towards the right), turn 180 degrees to face left wall
Down to up undulation, 4 count pelvic/ab locks
Standing backbend touching the floor
Slow shoulder shimmy while rising on the beats 8 total staring on the right
Step right, touch step left, step right to face back, step left
Slow over taxim (maya) bringing arms up
Face right corner
2 down to up undulations. Drop the left arm before the first undulation and the right arm after the second.
Step left then right to face left wall
2 down hip bumps then 2 up hip bumps
4 hip drops (duck walk) to face right corner
Shoulder shimmy descending, down to up undulation rising
4 hip drops (duck walk) to face left corner
Shoulder shimmy descending, down to up undulation rising
4 count arabic shimmy, hand behind head/holding hair
4 count gawazee (shimmy) end facing back
drop left arm and look over left shoulder
2 counter clockwise chest circles to face front slowly dropping right arm
4 chest slides with shoulder accent on the beats (descending)
2 clockwise chest circles (ascending)
8 counts arabic shimmy end facing back
look over left shoulder
4 counts hip bumps starting on the right while still looking over left shoulder
8 count Sundara - over taxim on the right hip traveling on the diagonal leading with right hand/foot and left hand on your hip for 4 cts. Switch to the left - same diagonal, left foot forward, left hand out and right hand on hip.
Turn left to face back, take 4 steps and pause looking over left shoulder
Keep walking.....
